Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dollar Media Technology Limited, operating as Robin Digital (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to deliver exceptional digital marketing, web development, SEO, and advertising management services through robindigital.site (the “Site”). Because our provisions consist entirely of customized professional services and digital deliverables, we maintain clear guidelines regarding project cancellations and service refunds.
1. Nature of Digital Services
All services provided by Robin Digital—including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), custom Website Development, and Google/Meta Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ad management—are intangible digital services.
Because digital marketing strategies require immediate resource allocation, software provisioning, and dedicated labor hours, physical returns are not possible, and services cannot be “returned” once performed.
2. Service Cancellation Rules
Clients may request to cancel ongoing monthly retainers or active service milestones at any time subject to the following frameworks:

Monthly Marketing Retainers (SEO, SMO, Ad Management): Written cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@robindigital.site at least 14 business days prior to the next scheduled billing cycle.

Website Development Contracts: Website development projects are executed in milestones. A client may pause or cancel a project prior to the commencement of a new milestone. Once a milestone stage is signed off and development has begun, that milestone phase cannot be canceled.
3. Refund Eligibility & Frameworks
We assess refund requests transparently on a case-by-case basis under strict parameters:

Setup and Strategy Fees: Any upfront onboarding fees, audit fees, or digital strategy blueprints are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Ad Spend Disclaimer: Robin Digital manages your advertising campaigns, but third-party ad spend costs are paid directly by the client to the ad networks (Google Ads or Meta Ads). We have zero control over, and offer absolute zero refunds for, money spent directly on advertising networks.

Project Exceptions: If a project or service contract is terminated by the client before any active development or setup has begun, a full refund of the initial deposit minus minor administrative processing fees will be issued.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. All credits are returned strictly through the original payment method utilized at the time of purchase (e.g., credit card, bank wire transfer). We do not offer cash modifications or alternate third-party account routing for refunds.
5. Dispute Resolution
We are dedicated to client satisfaction. Before initiating formal financial disputes or chargebacks, we require clients to contact our administrative team directly to seek an amicable, direct resolution regarding campaign milestones or asset delivery.
